Joseph M. DiStasio, a Massachusetts businessman, is a former federal small business advocate. Mr. DiStasio was a direct link between the New England Region’s small business owners, state and local government agencies, state legislators, small business associations, and the Office of Advocacy of the U.S. Small Business Administration. He represented the six New England states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
DiStasio has been a small business owner and director in the landscape management industry for over two decades. His background also includes experience as an aerospace project engineer. He currently serves in the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol in Plymouth, Mass.
